Truly a one of a kind USFS cabin on Silver Lake in June Lake. This cabin was built in 1964 in a Williamsburg style and professionally decorated.

As the first cabin in the tract, this cabin in the woods is surrounded by aspens, pines, and a meadowland rich with flora and fauna. The cabin is

1562 sq feet with two bedrooms and two baths. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area with a large picture window seating area

overlooking the backyard and a private boat dock on Upper Rush Creek accessing Silver Lake. A boat, canoe, and kayak are included, which

can be launched from the property into the wide boat slip and stored onshore or at the dock. The custom mantel and efficient wood-burning

insert/fan are the living room's centerpiece, surrounded by dual pane windows on three sides. The cabin is mainly sold furnished with Drexel,

Baker, and custom-built furniture. The Thomasville sleeper sofa is queen-sized. The cabin has lots of storage, including a kitchen pantry, linen

closet, broom closet, under-bench storage, and dual closets in the primary bedroom lined with cedar. Both bedrooms are upstairs, brightened

by the dormers. The primary bedroom has a fireplace, and the guest bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The irrigated grounds maintain a

natural feel and are so peaceful with views and the sounds of Horsetail Falls. The backyard has ample parking and the two-car garage. The

cabin has access to water for year-round usage.
